Our process starts with our FREE 15-minute phone consultation. Together we will:

We’ll schedule a comprehensive whole home assessment or a focused single room evaluation to identify needed modifications, such as:
Structural Adjustments - widening doorways, installing ramps, adding handrails, stairlifts, or other mobility aids.
Furniture and layout modifications - making sure pathways are clear and items are easy to reach around the house.
Safety equipment recommendations - evaluating the need for grab bars in bathrooms, non-slip flooring, motion sensor lighting, etc to reduce fall risks.
Following our visit, we will provide you with a detailed report within two weeks that addresses your personalized needs to make your living environment safe and comfortable.
Follow up phone call - we’ll check in on the progress of any recommended adaptations, and discuss how these changes are impacting your daily life. We will review your progress, address any questions you may have, and explore any further adjustments, if needed.
